Aaron’s journey to the helm of Yacht Coast Sales began far from the Pacific. Raised in the mountains of Western Maryland, he spent his youth dreaming of the coast. At 19, he traded the highlands for the Atlantic, fully immersing himself in the maritime world as an offshore commercial fisherman. This "boots-on-the-deck" experience provided him with a raw, fundamental understanding of hull integrity and sea-keeping that few brokers can match.
The East Coast Foundation
In 1999, Aaron transitioned his offshore expertise into the yacht brokerage industry on the Chesapeake Bay. Over the next two decades, he carved out a reputation for excellence as he navigated his career down the Atlantic coast to the premier markets of Florida. This period allowed him to master the nuances of both Northern and Southern yachting hubs, building a massive network along the Eastern Seaboard.
San Diego & The Global Market
In 2017, Aaron followed the sun west and landed in San Diego, establishing a permanent footprint on the Pacific coast. It was here, while leading Yacht Coast Sales, that his reach truly went global. Since settling in Southern California, Aaron has successfully negotiated and sold multiple vessels throughout the international market, navigating the complexities of worldwide logistics and foreign registries for a global clientele.

For Aaron, yachting isn't just a career—it’s a lifestyle defined by rhythm and flow. When he isn't scouting "rare finds" like the Carver 530 or negotiating international deals from Shelter Island, you’ll find him exactly where you’d expect: in the lineup at his favorite local surf breaks or in the studio producing music.
